About Us

Oak Creek Village is a beautiful master planned community located in Irvine, adjacent to the 405 freeway between Jeffrey and Sand Canyon. Oak Creek Village consists of fifteen subassociations, three of which are Irvine Apartment Complexes. In addition, Oak Creek Village has two special benefit cost centers (Eaglecreek and Hawkcreek), which are gated and subject to an additional assessment.
